Tasting Notes:

Nose: Fruity and buttery malt on the nose. Apple crumble topped with brown sugar. Soft sherry with raisins and cinnamon. Some restrained oak.

Palate: Very creamy mouthfeel. A little overripe cherries and a touch of milky coffee. Still malty with toasted oak spice.

Finish: Medium length. Spicy but not overbearing. Well balanced, not too sweet, not too dry.
