Tasting Notes:

Nose: A very typical HP. Heather honey with a maritime touch of salty sea air. Quite light, bit nicely complex. Floral and herbal with citrus undertones.

Palate: Some smoke and charred oak appear. A distant bonfire on a wet sandy beach. Creamy and viscous on the palate. Tarter than the nose, but not bitter. Still loads of HP heather.

Finish: Long and very much a continuation of the palate. The smoke gently fades leaving a spicy sweetness.
