Distilled in 2014 at Bunnahabhain and matured for 10 years, this Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky was finished in Octave cask #3846143 — approximately one-eighth the size of a traditional butt. The smaller cask increases interaction between the whisky and the wood, adding richness, balance, and complexity while preserving the whisky's coastal, smoky character.
