Ingredients
- 2 oz Raíz Oaxaca Mezcal
- ½ oz fresh lime juice
- 3–4 oz grapefruit soda (or fresh grapefruit juice topped with soda)
- Pinch of sea salt
- Grapefruit wedge or lime wheel, for garnish
Instructions
- Rim a highball glass with salt
- Fill glass with ice, Raíz Oaxaca Mezcal, and lime juice
- Top with grapefruit soda and gently stir
- Add a pinch of sea salt
- Garnish with a grapefruit wedge or lime wheel

Mezcal Margarita

Ingredients
- 2 oz Raíz Oaxaca Mezcal
- 1 oz orange liqueur (Cointreau or Triple Sec)
- ¾ oz fresh lime juice

- Salt & lime wheel for garnish
Instructions
- Rim a rocks or margarita glass with salt
- Combine Raíz Oaxaca Mezcal, orange liqueur, lime juice, and agave syrup (if using) in a shaker with ice
- Shake well and strain into the prepared glass filled with ice

Instructions

- Muddle to dissolve the sugar (or agave) and bitters
- Add Raíz Oaxaca Mezcal and ice, stir until chilled

You'll need:

- Angostura bitters

- Irish whiskey
- Fresh hot coffee
- Brown sugar
- Lightly whipped cream

Crafted with DAMA Fortuna Tequila
Ingredients
- 2 oz DAMA Fortuna Blanco
- ¼ oz fresh lime juice
- ¼ oz honey syrup (1:1 honey + warm water)
- ¼ oz cucumber juice (or muddled & strained)
- 2–3 drops saline solution
Method
- Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice
- Shake briskly until well chilled
- Double strain into a chilled coupe glass

Espresso Martini

Ingredients
- 2 oz VALT Vodka
- 1 oz espresso (freshly brewed)
- 3/4 oz coffee liqueur
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
Directions
Add ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds. Strain into a chilled martini glass, and garnish with 3 coffee beans.

Smoky Penicillin
featuring Smokin' Blended Scotch Whisky
Ingredients
- 2 oz Smokin' Blended Scotch Whisky
- 3/4 oz honey-ginger syrup*
- 3/4 oz lemon juice
- 1/4 oz Islay Scotch (float)
Directions
Add whisky, syrup, and lemon juice to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake well and strain into an ice-filled rocks glass. Float Islay Scotch on top and garnish with a piece of charred ginger on a pick.
*For honey-ginger syrup: Combine equal parts water and honey with grated fresh ginger. Bring to simmer, then strain.

- 0.5 oz dry vermouth
- 0.25 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1 bar spoon pickle brine (optional, for extra punch)
- Dash of orange bitters
Method
- Add all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled (about 20–25 seconds)
- Strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass
