Philbert VSOP Single Estate Cognac

We are no ordinary cognac makers. Fearlessness and innovation are what drive us forward. We took over the family estate in 2006 and introduced different methods. 
Between 2006 and 2012, we tripled the total vineyard area. In 2012, we decided to go against the mainstream and extend our bottled range and so we created Philbert.

We do what we know best: we work with nature, from the vine stock to the raw material.

Tasting Notes:

Colour: Dark copper

Nose: Floral and spicy

Palate: Candied fruit, apples, and dried fig

Finish: Gorgeous sipping straight or in cocktails Attractive, fruity, floral nose with spicy hints and a light mineral touch. Some beautiful mature notes round off the nose. Hints of candied fruit, apple, and dried fig. Beautiful balance and fine oak support. Rich, yet dry and elegant.
