Crafted in the heart of Oaxaca, Raíz Oaxaca Espadín Mezcal is a handcrafted artisanal mezcal made by a family-owned producer dedicated to preserving traditional mezcal-making techniques. Produced in San Dionisio Ocotepec using 100% Espadín agave, this small-batch expression captures the authentic character of Oaxaca through rich smoky notes, roasted agave, fresh herbs, citrus, and earthy minerality.

Every bottle is produced with patience and respect for tradition. Mature eight-year-old agave plants are carefully harvested, roasted, naturally fermented, and double distilled to create a mezcal that is both approachable and remarkably complex.
