Tasting Notes:

Colour: Copper

Nose: Damsons, chocolate covered cherries, Highland toffee, cedar wood, Mediterranean herbs and olives. Caramelized orange peel.

Palate: Mouth coating citrus notes carried forward with vanilla cream and floral honey.

Finish: Long-lasting with a perfect balance of fruit, spice and toasted oak.
