Tasting Notes:

Nose: Oak comes through with moments of a camp fire sweet smoke, and a spark of rye spice accented by vanilla and sweet corn garnished with butter.

Palate: That oak stays perfect and toasted on the palate as apples and grain tastes lead to woody braids of pine and rye-grass are accented by soft vanilla and caramel base.

Finish: The camp fire sweet smoke, tobacco, and rye-grass braid starts to smolder on the finish as the rye whiskey cask of oak takes on a cellar earthiness late on the finish.
