Raíz Oaxaca Cuishe Mezcal is a handcrafted artisanal mezcal produced in the heart of Oaxaca by a family-owned producer dedicated to preserving generations of traditional mezcal-making. Made exclusively from 100% Cuishe agave (Agave Karwinskii), this rare expression highlights one of Oaxaca's most distinctive wild agave varieties, prized for its elegant minerality, herbal complexity, and refined character.

Harvested after approximately 15 years of natural maturation, the Cuishe agave develops exceptional depth before being traditionally roasted, naturally fermented, and double distilled. The result is a beautifully balanced mezcal with notes of fresh herbs, citrus, white pepper, roasted agave, gentle smoke, and earthy minerality.

Bottled at 46.4% ABV, this small-batch mezcal offers a sophisticated sipping experience that showcases the remarkable diversity of Oaxaca's native agaves.
